Dear Friends,

As an offering of love and gratitude to Sri Sathya Sai Baba on the 95th Advent of His Avatarhood, in 2018 the Sathya Sai International Organisation initiated a project to adopt at least 95 communities around the world and offer long-term care and sustenance. The goal is to make a difference in the lives of needy people by providing education, healthcare, food, shelter, drinking water and other services.

The project is intended to transform the hearts of SSIO volunteers and the recipients of the service.

As of 1st February 2020, 135 communities in 32 countries have been adopted by SSIO volunteers. This includes projects in Australia and Argentina, Columbia and Croatia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia and Mauritius, Nepal and New Zealand, South Africa and Syria, Ukraine and USA, and Venezuela and Vietnam – to name a few.
